We use your data to deliver AI voice conversation practice and mock interviews, generate transcripts and feedback, track your progress over time, process payments, provide customer support, and improve the accuracy and quality of our AI models. We do not sell your personal data.
Third-party processors
We share data only with service providers who help us operate SpeakNexa — including speech-to-text and AI voice providers, payment processors (such as Razorpay and, in the future, Stripe), and cloud infrastructure providers. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only to provide services to us.

We retain session transcripts and progress data for as long as your account is active, so you can review your history and track improvement. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
